(We tried to get a good photo like this. Ellyann was looking perfectly at the camera every time while mom and dad couldn't seem to get it right with eyes open, etc. This was the best we got)Yep its that time of year again. Things are finishing up for Luke with school. He is definitely gearing up to finish up. Its been a busy year for us and we are definitely looking forward to the rest. Luke will spend the summer hanging with his girls and doing prep work for school next year and all around resting. He certainly deserves some rest! I will be doing more of the same. Watching Ellyann grow and change before our eyes.
She has made a ton of changes in the last few days. She has mastered rolling back to front but can only get front to back here and there, I am sure that will come soon. (Check out our last couple of blogs for some random videos of her talking/rolling/squirming) She is working on getting those arms and hands working. She has managed to grab a ring out of my had a couple of times but cant get them going consistently yet. Its close though. Her favorite thing is playing under her play gym and talking with mom and dad. She loves to sit and chat. She is just starting to show interest in the books that I have been reading to her, well at least she stares at the pictures. A step up from staring at the fan. (For some reason those are the most interesting things) I can't believe she is almost 3 months old! Wow time definitely flies. We are loving watching her grow up.
Please be praying for us as we research houses over the next few months, we are starting to think about it. We will see what happens.
